Are we going to die?

i heard that the swiss made a machine that is called a collider or something like that.and that there is a percentage of chances that we will die beacause that collider machine will maybe create some kind of black hole and that will suck in the earth ...so pretty much implode on itself.or other scientists say that they will discover the start of the universe by recreating a smaller version of the big bang theory...personally with the risks there is to destroy the earth it is not wroth it.
